Steven received his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 1979 and his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1983. Mr. Brennan has spent his career advising and defending employers and members of management in all areas of labor and employment law, including wage and hour compliance and class action litigation, employment discrimination and sexual harassment litigation, union-management relations under the National Labor Relations Act, and judicial and contractual arbitrations. He also represents employers in claims involving allegations of misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition and related contract, tort and statutory claims. Based on his years of experience, Mr. Brennan is regularly retained as an independent investigator for workplace investigations and has presented seminars throughout California on compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, as well as litigation avoidance techniques.

Received his undergraduate degree from Pomona College in 1982 and his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1986. Mr. Folan defends employer and individual defendants in employment-related litigation, including discrimination and harassment and wage and hour claims in state and federal courts, in arbitrations and before administrative agencies. He also represents employers in claims against former employees (and their current employers) in unfair competition, and related contract, tort and statutory claims. Mr. Folan has extensive experience counseling employers regarding compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
